Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus: Comes with MediaTek Dimensity 1000 SoC
.One month ago, it was revealed that Samsung and MediaTek were promoting their 5G chipsets to Huawei as an alternative to Qualcomm's Snapdragon SoC, which Huawei cannot use on its phones. Although Huawei uses MediaTek processors on its phones, there is no one with a 5G processor. That may soon change according to a new leak of an upcoming phone called the Huawei Enjoy Plus 20 . The leak reveals that the phone will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 800 5G SoC
The specification sheet was published on Weibo by a user named @Really Assen . The Dimensity 800 5G is MediaTek's cheapest 5G processor currently in the OPPO A92s. It offers better performance than the Snapdragon 730G. However, Huawei's Kirin 820 5G is a more powerful chipset.
The specification sheet also states that the phone will have a 2400 x 1080 LCD screen with a 60Hz refresh rate. There is no information about the screen size or design. The processor will be combined with 6 GB / 8 GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB UFS 2.1 expandable storage memory.
The Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus will also feature a 16MP Sony IMX471 selfie camera. The quadruple rear camera consists of a 48MP main lens Sony IMX586 combined with a wide 8MP lens and two 2MP resolution sensors. The Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus spec sheet also states that there will be a 4,200 mAh battery with support for fast charging at 22.5W via a USB Type-C port.
The specification sheet even reveals the phone prices. The 128GB versions with 6 GB RAM and 8 GB RAM will be sold at the price of 1,899 yuan (~ 247 euros) and 2,199 yuan (~ 287 euros) respectively. There's no word on when Huawei will announce the Enjoy 20 Plus, but it probably won't be long. We remind you that the Huawei Enjoy 10 Plus was announced in September 2019.
