Honor will launch the highly anticipated Honor 30S smartphone on March 31 this month. However, in addition to the Honor 30S, the company is said to be preparing another entry phone, called the Honor Play 9A.
Although the device hasn't officially debuted yet, people at Pricebaba have managed to release it on the official render of the Honor Play 9A.
Like most other entry-level phones, the Honor Play 9A will be equipped with a typical dew-point IPS LCD display, which is said to have a diagonal size of 6.3 inches.
On the other side, there will be a rectangular camera module with a dual camera setup. The rear camera includes a 13-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. This will be done with the front 8-megapixel selfie camera.
Based on the design of the camera module, we believe that the device can be a recently certified Honor MOA-AL00 smartphone.
For some reason, since Honor V30 was released last year, most of Honor's upcoming smartphones have similar-looking rectangular camera modules.
Even the upcoming Honor 30S and Honor 9X Lite have almost the same design spirit as the rear camera.
Internally, we wouldn't expect anything impressive because it is an entry-level phone. Nonetheless, the Honor Play 9A will be powered by MediaTek's Helio P35 SoC, which will pair with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage.
The device will be powered by a 5,000mAh battery and will provide a standard 10W charging rate. It will launch on the latest Magic 3.0 based on the Android 10 OS (AOSP version).
